DWD's seasonal is closer to near-normal for central Europe, which is the one meaningful inter-agency disagreement in this region. The practical read: the seasonal warm bias is real, but an NAO-negative blocking pattern, consistent with current indices, can deliver cold episodes that cut sharply through the mean. JMA's three-month outlook shows above-normal temperatures across Japan through November, with KMA aligned for Korea. East Asia's early heating season looks structurally lighter than last year. CMA's seasonal is consistent on above-normal temperatures for eastern coastal China.
