The watch item is amplitude: a handful of week-two members push Madrid past 31C, which is where Iberian afternoon demand starts to bite. Eastern Europe shares the warm-and-dry tilt under the same ridge, with no organized trough forecast to dislodge it inside week one.
East Asia
The Pacific picture is a steady seasonal warm-up rather than any single system.
